A passive, host-level view of a target, read from
Shodan's
InternetDB: the open ports, detected software and known CVEs that Shodan
has already catalogued. Naiscan does not scan the target for
this. Pair it with the Scanner tab for a deep web-app view.
🔎 Passive lookup: this reads
Shodan's existing index for the target's public IP. No packets are sent to the target
beyond ordinary DNS resolution, so this is not a scan. Internal, private and reserved
addresses are refused. Results reflect Shodan's last observation and may be out of date;
treat them as leads to confirm, not proof.
